From Jean Stapleton, on Friday, March 26, 2010
I wanted to express my deepest sympathy to you for your loss of Carol. I worked with her for 15 years. She was a sweet wonderful woman that touched my heart. She would come down to Ladysmith every year to do inventory. She would always buy me lunch. We spent a lot of time talking about her family, grandkids and kids. She loved you all very much. I am going to miss her gentle spirit. Please know that Carol made a difference in my life. I’m praying that God will comfort you during this time of sorrow. Sincerely, Jean –

Rev. 21:4, 5: “‘[God] will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.’ And the One seated on the throne said: ‘Look! I am making all things new.’ Also, he says: ‘Write, because these words are faithful and true.’”

From Robert J. Washnieski, on Monday, January 18, 2010
I’m sorry I couldn’t make the funeral. Robert
A golden heart stopped beating; two smiling eyes were laid to rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us he only wants our best.
You wished no one farewell nor even said good-bye,
you were gone before we knew it and only God knows why.
A thousand prayers won’t bring you back, we know because we tried,
neither will a million tears, we know because we cried.
It’s lonely here without you, Eleanor we miss you more each day.
For life is not the same since you have gone away.
To love a aunt and then to part, is the greatest trial to a human heart,
if tears could build a stairway and heartache make a lane,
we would walk the path to heaven, just to bring you home again.
The face we love is missing the voice we love is still,
a place is vacant in our hearts and never can be filled.
They say memories are golden, well, maybe this is true,
we never wanted memories we only wanted you.
Our family chain is broken and nothing is the same,
but as God calls us one by one the chain will link again.
With loving tears of sorrow.
Robert , Rebecca Washnieski Family

I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Wally’s passing. What a gift you had with him as your father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Every time I saw him, I saw Grandpa Weister looking back at me. That was such a neat feeling. He just looked so much like his dad! I will pray for strength for you all in dealing with this loss. I know in my heart that he is rejoicing with Aunt Mary in heaven and having the time of their lives. They are finally together again. Peace be with all of you! –

From Dottie Coleman, on Saturday, February 13, 2010
Eleanor was all that was said in the obituary and more. I remember my parents and her and Jerry getting together several times a week for coffee and a chat. She and Jerry were wonderful friends to our famly.
When we were younger they drove us to Holy Family Church on Sunday mornings in the ‘big blue’ Buick.
I shall miss her laughter and blunt honesty.
The world has lost a treasure. But heaven has receieved one.
Much love the all the family…..
